Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@theninaboutique.com to begin the process. You will need to provide your order number, which you received via email or on a paper invoice from us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions along with the address to send your package to. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges. Email us at info@theninaboutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size or color you would like instead, and we will send return instructions and reserve the replacement for you. If the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your return package, we will complete the inspection within 7 business days and issue your refund within that same timeframe.

After the refund is processed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@theninaboutique.com.

As our items are shipped across the U.S., transit times may be longer and are outside of our control. If your order is already on its way, we are unable to issue a refund until you have received the items and returned them to us.
